I adore this album too. When you listen to it you truly realise how "grunge" is merely an umbrella term.
I wish the 90s could have lasted forever too. But think about it. If they'd lasted forever, we wouldn't be old enough to appreciate the sheer artistic genius of our favourite musicians of the decade.
But it sucks, you know. Because Seattle was amazing in the 90s, and I would've killed to be lucky enough to have grown up there when the whole "grunge" thing was happening. When bands like Soundgarden were just starting out and playing small venues, and you could go to a little club and watch a young Chris Cornell scream bloody murder.
